We are continuously looking for talented students and non-students to fill part-time, full-time and summer administrative positions at our Head Office in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Various positions become available in accounting, clerical, technology and in our call center.

Do I need experience for a UFCP administrative position?

While most of our permanent, full-time positions require experience, many of our student, summer positions do not.

Do I need to be a student to apply for a UFCP administrative position?

It depends on what position you are applying for - our full-time permanent positions require non-students while our summer positions are ideal for students.

Is there a training program?

Most of our administrative training will consist of on-the-job training that will be monitored and managed by a senior administrative member.
