Consultation And Support
Our Regional and District Managers and administrative staff will be available to
consult with your son or daughter through a toll-free 1-800 help-line that is available
to all members of our organization. Regional and District Managers are always available
for one-on-one consultation.
Constant Monitoring And Feedback
Our Regional and District Managers and administrative staff monitor the performance
of all franchisees. Feedback on problem areas and options to resolve conflicts are
provided to all franchisees.
Project Safety
All of our franchisees are fully trained in our corporate safety program. This program
is based on some of the highest standards in the industry and is a key component
of our training program. Our program ensures the safety of our student managers
and their employees. Our incident rate is one of the lowest in the industry.
Protection From Liability
Liability insurance will be provided for your son or daughter???s operation through
our corporate policy. All franchisees are required to register with their local
Workers??? Compensation Board in order to provide protection against worker liability
claims.
Training In All Aspects Of The Business
Your son or daughter will receive in-depth training in all aspects of the student
painting business. In-class seminars, online tools, manuals, field training exercises
and one-on-one consultation are made available to all of our student managers.
Client Bases And Established Marketing Programs

Supplier Credit Lines And Wholesale Prices
Your son or daughter will have a credit account set up for their operation in order

Accounting Services
Head Office will provide your son or daughter with complete accounting services
for their business. This includes payroll services, accounts payable services ,
bi-weekly financial statement preparation as well as other miscellaneous reporting
that will rank their performance against other student managers.
Accounts Receivable
It is a rarity that a franchise manager will have difficulty collecting money from
their clients. Less than 1% of jobs completed have difficulty in collecting payment.
The vast majority of problematic accounts simply relates to quality of service and
is usually resolved by correcting the issue. We believe that the best form of ensuring
collection is the delivery of a quality service and meeting or exceeding client's
expectations. However, if collection services are needed by a franchise manager,
our administrative staff will facilitate this process.
Registrations and Licenses:
We will assist your son or daughter with the registrations and licenses required
to operate a small business. Registration with Revenue Canada (for GST/HST and payroll
purposes), Workers??? Compensation and a Business Name registry from the Provincial
Registry Agency are required. Some cities also require a business license.
